Detailed Description
- Temperature Compensation and Data Stability: High-integration manufacturing eliminates systematic errors between sensor nodes. A temperature compensation model corrects for drift between -40°C and 60°C, ensuring data stability with a demonstrated measurement fluctuation of less than 0.01 mm under controlled conditions.
- High-Precision Measurement: Each sensor node undergoes independent factory calibration using a high-precision automated system, followed by system-level calibration to ensure accuracy in X, Y, and Z axes. Displacement resolution is 0.005 mm per 500 mm segment.
- Initial Alignment Correction: The system accommodates for initial inclinometer tube misalignment. Installation-induced angular offsets between the sensor array and the target deformation direction are corrected to maintain measurement accuracy.
- Dynamic Torsional Correction: The system compensates for torsional misalignment that may occur during the monitoring period, ensuring accurate measurement results even with inclinometer tube twisting.
- Modular Design and Reusability: The modular design allows for on-site customization to suit various monitoring project requirements. Sensor array length is easily adjustable, enabling reuse across multiple projects.
